RETURNS-EXCHANGES

The deadline for making changes is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. To make an exchange or return, it is necessary to do so with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packed and protected. Products that have been damaged or broken due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

If the order is returned due to the negligence of the transport company, ABANICOS SAEZ will take care of its reshipment. In case it is the responsibility of the recipient, the amount of the article will be returned, but not the shipping and handling costs. In case of return for personal reasons, the client will be responsible for the expenses of the same.
